I am so excited to be launching the Enterprise Excellence Podcast. It has long been an inspiration of mine to share the valuable network of authors and experts that I have been so lucky to have worked with over my career with you. Thanks to the generosity of my contacts, I have accumulated over 12 episodes so far. I have interviewed some amazing experts, from UK and America, giving their insights with grace and sharing their experience, with real and humble stories. Their backgrounds are amazing, and I have really enjoyed hearing the dots connect.

Our introduction episode explains the purpose of the Enterprise Excellence Podcast and what you can expect from the cast and our guests moving forward.
Our aim is to help our listeners create a better future for generations to come. We are focused on helping listeners learn and grow. We look to interview experts on the topics of all thing’s enterprise excellence, are leading researchers and authors on achieving sustainable change that betters more than just an organization's profit line. We want to share best practices and knowledge in achieving a win-win outcome, for people, profit and the planet.
I interview experts from a wide range of industries in all areas of Enterprise Expertise. I believe that businesspeople can learn from educational experts, that environmentalists can learn from politicians, and vice versa.
I am so grateful for the giving nature of our leading authors and experts in this field globally, who have given their time and knowledge freely. I'm looking forward to sharing their insights. I know that they have refined their knowledge after many years of research and application. They've learned from their successes and their values, and I'm so grateful personally to be learning from them.
People operating in the industry of Enterprise Excellence, no matter what it is branded: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Transformational Change, Environmental Excellence have always amazed me with their giving nature. They truly are focused on the bigger picture and helping others.
In my career, I've worked with many organizations establishing cultures of continuous improvement focused on more than just making money. I've seen organizations achieve far greater results for using this holistic approach. I've helped organizations improve safety and achieve productivity gains. I've seen organizations achieve environmental improvements and save money at the same time.
Unfortunately, I've also been involved with transformational projects that were purely focused on the bottom line. I've only seen these succeed to a level when the organization is truly in crisis.
I personally am passionate about doing my bit to make things better economically, socially, and environmentally for future generations. Our children are special to us all, as is our planet. I don't know of anyone who wouldn't want to leave this amazing world we have in a better place socially, economically and environmentally for our children.
I think what ultimately motivated me to put this podcast together was my purpose, coupled with knowing so many experts who have helped people in organizations achieve great things in this area.
I truly hope this show provides you amazing knowledge. I hope it is a medium through which you can share information with others and help spread the word.
Changes can be achieved through many motivated people sharing, communicating, and taking small, steps day after day.
Achieving excellence takes many conversations and masses of energy. This podcast will hopefully become a forum of sharing motivation and many conversations to help create a better future.
